Initiative of Seed4Com represented by Mr. Dann Diez

With the initiative of Seed4Com represented by Mr. Dann Diez, one of the SAVE Founders, and in cooperation with the CIT-U Community Extension Services (CES), and SAVE Organization, there were many students and professors who volunteered and took part of the making of solar lamps.

The initial turnover of the finished solar lamps was spearheaded by Ms. Emee Gasataya Dela Peña, SAVE 2020 President. As catalysts of positive change, SAVE believes that in critical collaboration with different organizations, one can help impact the community.

We highly encourage more Technologians to volunteer their time in making the solar lamps. No efforts are too small. You may not be capable of creating waves, but you can create ripples that can change the society, one person at a time.

Let us help light up the temporary shelters of the fire victims in Mandaue. As students, we can always do something for those in need.

Assembly of Solar Lamps in Room 146.
This is a project by Seed4Com in partnership with CIT-U CES Office. Here are photos of some of our SAVE volunteers. More Technologian volunteers are welcome to help!! 🤗💡

SAVE believes that in partnership with different NGOs, and the school administration, we can bring in a better light to help others in need. It is in this act that we can put to good use our capabilities to provide active involvement to the community.

Finished lamps will be turned over to fire victims in CICC Mandaue. Solar kits are sponsored by CDU NSTP students.
